NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 21, 2011 in Civil Case No. 41-2009-CA-006414 SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, CATHERINE J. KINGSLEY, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II-C CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 27, 2012 beginning at 11:00 AM on-line at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 317 OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II-C, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 980, PAGE 3796, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
