Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 4, Tiburon-The Norman Estates at Pelican Marsh Unit Twenty Three, Plat Book 31, Pages 43 through 44, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, Thence, North 61Ëš 26'15” East for 7.00 feet; Thence, South 28” 33'45” East, for 60.00 feet; Thence, South 61Ëš 26' 15” West for 7.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 4;
