NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 29th day of March 2012, at 11:00 AM at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT 1-E, HORIZON TOWNHOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH A DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1022, PAGES 3337 THROUGH 3384, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 5 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 8, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
