notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-009259 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006- OPTS, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT5, Plaintiff and Arlene S. Ponack a/k/a Arlene Ponack are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. C201, OF VICTORIA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1458, AT PAGES 1951 THROUGH 2019, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDENTS OF RECORD THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
