NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 24, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-012013 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE, FKA BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-AR5, is the Plaintiff and RANDY M. THURMAN; ANITA M.
