NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002583 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and PETER PERISIC; ALEKSANDRA PERISIC; VARENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 204 , BUILDING 12, PHASE XII, VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTWED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 4007, AT PAGE 1808, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
