Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on April 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 329, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 160 through 179, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 29, 2012, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank, as successor by merger to Coast Bank of Florida vs. Robert Siegel, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2011 CA 006556.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
