NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed February 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0806390CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-6, is Plaintiff, and KEITH MARKOSKI, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7303, AMELIA LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR AMELIA LAKE, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3176, PAGES 2090 THROUGH 2194, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE NO. 7303.
