notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-00707 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and JENNIFER GRANADO; BRETT GRANADO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(s) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACK 110, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
