NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0807158CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC3, is Plaintiff, and DUSTIN JOHNSTON, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens field in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 169, OF LEAWOOD LAKES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, AT PAGES 62 THROUGH 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A/K/A 254 LEAWOOD CIRCLE, NAPLES, FLORID 34104

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
