NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated February 27, 2012, entered in Case No. 412009CA006163 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc is the Plaintiff and Susan E. Atkins, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on March 29, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
UNIT 901, BUILDING 9, PHASE V, ACADEMY PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1887, PAGE 2158 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGE 176, AN AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
