McDermid; J. Lynn McDermid; Academy Resort Lodge Condominium Association, Inc; and Bollettieri Resort Villas Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on March 22, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
