That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 20 East, Manatee County, Florida lying East of the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road Number 675 being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence S00Ëš 28'36”W, along the West line of said Northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 327.07 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road Number 675, said point being on a curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 2925.09 feet; thence Southeasterly, along the arc of said curve and aid right-of-way line, through a central angle f 09Ëš26'47”, a distance 492.26 feet (chrod) 481.71 feet; chord being S 05Ëš 24'58” E) to thee intersection of said curve and the South lin e of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence S 89Ëš11'54” E, along said South line, a distance of 1286.20 feet to the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence N 00Ëš37'25”E, along the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, a distance, of 805.574 feet t the Northeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence N 89Ëš10'57” W, along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, a distance of 1337.72 feet to the Point of Beginning.
