Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2/27/2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-4245 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PANTHER RIDGE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and WILLIE M. GRIFFIN; CAROLYN E. GRIFFIN; V.M. CALDERON, INC. PROFIT SHARING PLAN AND TRUST and LANDMARK BANK OF FLORIDA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m.,on the 3 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract 40, in Section 20, Township 35 south, Range 20 East, Pomelo Park, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, less platted road rights-of-way; the street address of which is: 20905 69th Ave E Bradenton, FL 34211.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
