UNIT 350, SHADOW BROOK MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, A CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 3C, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 808, PAGES 546-646, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 147 & 148, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 1988 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN #'SPH21235AFL & PH21235BFL AND TITLE #'S 0045377083 & 0045385566
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
