notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-002328 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Michael R. Smith and Sharon Parker Smith a/k/a Sharon P. Smith, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF TRACT 147, LESS THE WEST 330 FEET, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 97, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
