notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003112 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee, for CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-12, Plaintiff and Juana Castillo and Jose Mota are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGES 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
