Notice is given that pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, entered on the 29th day of February, 2012, in Case No.: 2011-CA-005477, in the Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor by merger to M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH M. BOYOK, individually, and FAIR LANE ACRES, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash public sale on April 3, 2012 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at the following described property, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
The East 20 feet of Lot 15 and the West 39 feet of Lot 16, Block F of FAIR LANE ACRES THIRD ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 71, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with a doublewide 1977 Delo Mobile Home (Title number 14391628 and 14391629, Identification Numbers 2A4518A and 2A4518B).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
