Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered 3/2/2012 in this case, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
A FIXED Vacation Interest in Unit 404, Vacation Week Number 08 of THE PENTHOUSES AT GULF STREAM Resort, a condominium, according to Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1624, Page 2053 and subsequent pages of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and all amendments thereof, which condominium is also described in Condominium Plat Book 29, pages 146-148, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. If the interest conveyed is a Biennial Vacation Interest, it is an n/a interest, and the recurring exclusive right of possession and occupancy occurs in calendar years ending in n/a numbers.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, Clerk/Cashier - Room 2700 - 2nd Floor, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205 at 11:00 a.m. on April 10, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
