NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 10472, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT5 is Plaintiff and DAVID L. GAMERY A/K/A DAVID LEE GAMERY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID L. GAMERY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ONYX ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, A FOREIGN CORPORATION DOING BUSINESS IN FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
