NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002563, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and PEDRO CACERES; JENNY LYNN CACERES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA); are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 77, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
