Book 979, Page 1435, and amendments thereto, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 16 and 16A, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by FOREST LAKES VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or 4-2-12; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW NEWSPAPER.
