Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated March 1, 2012, and entered in 08-8972-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and SALOMON MONTEZINOS; JUDITH A. CASTILLE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on March 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 70, NAPLES PARK, UNIT N0.5, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
