NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated December 17, 2010 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-014713 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-2 is Plaintiff and OLEKSANDR VALIYEV; ___, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLEKSANDR VALIYEV, IF ANY; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; are the Defendant(s), KAREN E. RUSHING, the clerk of the court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.sarasota.realforeclose.com of the SARASOTA County Courthouse, Florida, at 9:00 a.m., on the 26th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
