NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011326 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS J. DENARO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded LiS Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK G,ENGLEWOOD ISLES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 28, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
