NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004920ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT M. KOHLER; COUNTRYWALK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT M. KOHLER N/K/A CHRISTIE KOHLER; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAWN HOLLOWAY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of March, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT A-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO SUBDIVISION PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 18-22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
