NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005094WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICK ROSSI; SUNTRUST BANK; MARY ROSSI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of March, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northwest Corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; Thence run S 00 deg. 35'09” W along the West line of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, a distance of 1872.45 feet; Thence run S 88 deg. 55'53” E, a distance of 331.57 feet to the Northwest Corner of above mentioned Parcel: Thence run along the West Property Line of said Parcel; S 00 deg. 44'34” E, a distance of 204.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence run S 88 deg. 57'15” E, a distance of 159.30 feet; Thence run N 37 deg. 32” 33” E, a distance of 16.36 feet; Thence run N 89 deg. 24' 30” E, a distance of 160.71 feet; Thence run S 00 deg. 35' 30” E, a distance of 148.56 feet; Thence run N 88 deg. 57' 15” W a distance of 329.83 feet; Thence run N 00 deg. 44' 34” w, a distance of 230.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The East 25.00 feet thereof being subject to an Easement for Public Road Righ-of Way and/or Utilities. Also, the South 30.00 feet thereof being Subject to an Ingress and Egress Easement.
Containing 1.05 Acres More or Less.
