THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 1600 FEET OF THE WEST 490 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LYING WEST OF SCL RAILROAD, LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR KEYSVILLE ROAD, IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2008 Keysville Road, Lithia, Florida 33547, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on March 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
