NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-03015 ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS2 is the Plaintiff and SCOTT F FITZGERALD; JEANNETTE M. FITZGERALD A/K/A JEANNETTE FITZGERALD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST SAVINGS MORTGAGE CORPORATION; SUNCOAST MEADOWS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of March, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 12, SUNCOAST MEADOWS-INCREMENT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
