NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 13th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001401 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DONALD ORTMAN AKA DONALD A ORTMAN; DONNA ORTMAN A/K/A DONNA M ORTMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on 20th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6331 AND 6332 OF SOUTH VENICE UNIT 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
