Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 22, 2012, on the Joint Stipulation of the Parties for a In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK A OF BROBSTON - FENDIG AND CO'S HALFWAY ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5408 S SELLAS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on March 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
