NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-016677 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, AARON GRAULAU, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E Twiggs St Rm 202 Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 2:00 pm, on the 29th day of March, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 1, THEA SIMMONS PLATTED SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80 PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
