NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-006376 DVI K, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, HSBC Bank USA National Association, As indenture Trustee under the indenture relating to people's choice home loan securities trust series 2005-4 is Plaintiff and JOSEPH W. PENTA; ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA; LEON COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, Room 21/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33602 at 10:00 a.m., on the 5 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
