NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-001641WS, DIVISION: J2, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1 is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW S. MUSGROVE A/K/A MATTHEW SAMUEL MUSGROVE AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW S. COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 8; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89° 28' 57” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 8, 1,000.00 FEET; THENCE DUE NORTH 2,054.30 FEET; THENCE DUE WEST, 2,081.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 1° 40' 30” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 420.02 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88° 19' 30” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 201.46 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1° 40' 30” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 389.79 FEET; THENCE NORTH 83° 08' 25” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 203.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THE SOUTHERLY 25 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED AS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
