NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-021097 DIV. K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Holders Of The Morgan Stanley Abs Capital I Inc. Trust 2005-HE5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE5, is the Plaintiff, and Cristina Manjarres-Mccreary are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202, in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, March 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, MERRIAMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
