Griggs, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 257, BEACON SQUARE UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
