NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-008641WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2006-HE1 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE1., Plaintiff and Stephen A. Gall and John C. Constantinou and Jodi L. Constantinou, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 58, GULF HIGHLANDS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 116-118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
