Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 1st day of DECEMBER, 2011, in the cause wherein OLIPHANT FINANCIAL CORPORATION was plaintiff and DONALD MCCALLUM, was defendant, being case number 06-CC-3717 in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, DONALD MCCALLUM, in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 11th day of April, 2012, at STEPP'S TOWING, at 4352 GALL BLVD. in the City of ZEPHYRHILLS, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 10:30 A.M. , or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, DONALD MCCALLUM, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
