YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 685, OF BELMONT HEIGHTS #2 SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
