NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-016171 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and LOUIS BONFIGLIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS BONFIGLIO; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA MARK HUBER; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS; INC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on April 23, 2012, , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 99, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
