WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER C. KILBURN; BECKY K. KELLY; BEACON SQUARE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION); CARMEL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
