Condominium Parcel Unit No. 4, Building 21032, of GLENDALE VILLAS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 6840, Page 427, and subsequently amended thereto of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto set forth in the said declaration.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
