Unit 5, BURNS COURT ENCLAVE f/k/a Lana Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005189181, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 11, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 28th day of March, 2012.
