Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 23, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 7107 OF OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM (“CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (“DECLARATION”), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16175, PAGES 0218 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 5125 PALM SPRINGS BLVD #7107, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on March 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
