Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 23, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 57, BLOCK 26, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “O” AND “R”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 115 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11607 HAMMOCKS GLADE DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on March 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
