NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-021151 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 22nd day of March, 2012, at: 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND THE EAST 16 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 8 OF SOUTHGATE OF TAMPA`S NORTHSIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
