NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-018582 (K) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and THELMA L. JOHNSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THELMA L. JOHNSON, MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 am, on the day 30 of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
WEST 16 2/3 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE EAST 16 2/3 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 14, MAC FARLANES ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
