NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2012, and entered in CASE NO. 11-CA-007076 - DIV- K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and CROSSWYNDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANTHONY C. BERGER; TANIA I. BERGER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10:00AM on March 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 9-305, CROSSWYNDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15774, PAGE 503, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. - a/k/a 1302 HIGH HAMMOCK DRIVE, #305, TAMPA, FL 33619.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
