Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated February 23, 2012 in Case No. 11-001360-H in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff and Dan Ruud, LLC, Dan A. Ruud, Linda D. Ruud, Racetrack Road Business Park Landowner's Association, Inc., and Trico Flooring, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202, Tampa, Florida 33602, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on March 28, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
