NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-027691 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, The office of Pat Frank will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 EAST TRIGGS STREET, 2nd Floor-Room 201-202 in Hillsborough County in Tampa, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30 day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, LESS THE EAST 27.35 FEET AND LOT 12, BLOCK 11, TAMPASHORES BAY DRIVE SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 18 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
